Write full sentences in the search bar. 
Writing complete sentences in the search bar will not return the results you're expecting as the search engine does not require the sophistcation of Google or other sites that are search heavy focus.  Remember to keep it simple.  The UTypia search engine will not assume what you want based on what you type.   

Use Special Characters
Special characters include such symbols as "%", "@", "^",  "*", and "=".   The search engine will return results with these characters used in the description of the product, however, this is still ill advised.  Unless you happened to memorize the description of one or multiple products, using special characters in your keyword search will return very unreliable and unpredictable results. 

Use exact SKU's and Stock Numbers
This will probably be your better method to search for any item.  The search will return number specific results according to the SKU or stock number attached to the product.  

Use single keywords or 2-3 word phrases
Typing in basic search terms such as "replacment pads" or "stamp" will yield you results that will pull from our entire library of online products.  However, when searching this way, you need to be ready to view the product listing based on a categorical index such as "replacement pads" to find exactly what you are looking for.  

Search by brand name
Searching this way will categorize the results by brands such as "Trodat" or "XStamper" pulling every type of product underneath those brand names.  This sort of searching is very beneficial if you know what brand you are looking for and seeking different types of products under that brand name.
