Hurricane Irma Update, Tuesday, September 12

Good Morning!  Hurricane Irma hit the Jacksonville area in the early morning hours Monday.  Substantial rains persisted through the majority of the morning, tapering off around noon.  High winds remained a factor through the entire day.  The downtown area, and anywhere near the St. John’s river, was especially affected by historic flooding.  Here is a link to local updates and pictures for anyone interested.

Our team’s well being is our number one concern.  Everyone has been affected by this storm in some way, some more than others.  Overall, we’re running at about 75% capacity today.  Our Live Support will continue to remain unavailable while we focus on clearing existing work orders and tickets.
