​All American ID has been a respected manufacturer of customized goods for more than 60 years. Production of our items takes place in our main facility located in Jacksonville, Florida. We receive orders through various methods but highly encourage online ordering for the best accuracy and turnaround time.

Online orders are defined as orders entered and customized through our ordering site: www.allamericanid.com.

Offline orders are defined as orders that are emailed, faxed, walked-in, or mailed to us.

​Online Orders
  • Online orders customized and submitted via the AAID ordering website OR quick order web form between the hours of 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM CST, Monday – Friday, will likely be shipped NEXT BUSINESS DAY.
    • Any orders with large quantities or those requiring a proof, reworking of art, or changes of any kind, will incur additional production time.
Offline Orders
  • Offline orders submitted via email or fax between the hours of 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM EST, Monday – Friday, will likely be shipped in TWO - THREE BUSINESS DAYS from the date we acknowledge order receipt.
    • Any orders with large quantities or those requiring a proof, reworking of art, or changes of any kind, will incur additional production time.

“RUSH” Orders
  • Rush shipments are available on most orders and will decrease the production time by ONE (1) BUSINESS DAY. For example, a print ready online order is scheduled to ship next business day. Moving that order to “rush” status will allow it to ship SAME DAY.
  • 10AM CST is the cutoff to move an order to “RUSH” status
  • Rush will incur an additional charge of 50% of the original invoice price of a product. For example, if a Trodat self-inking stamp invoices for $13.48, the “rush” fee would be $6.74 (50% of $13.48.)

Shipping Information

All merchandise will ship from our Waco, TX location. All American ID supports two primary freight carriers; US Mail and UPS. FedEx is available on a limited basis to customers with special requirements. Please contact Customer Support for additional details.


All packages, regardless of carrier, will have a tracking number. US Mail First Class is the most economical shipping option, but delivery times are not guaranteed. US Mail Priority promises 2-3 day shipping to anywhere in the continental US and is a great value, especially to areas outside of the 2 day FedEX Ground shipping zone! FedEX provides very accurate, reliable, and timely delivery estimates and tracking information.


Estimated transit times are provided by each carrier and are not controlled by All American ID. Please consider your current location and past experiences when selecting your shipping method. Please see our shipping maps below to help estimate arrival time for Priority Mail and FedEX packages. Any item lost (not being delivered withing 7 calendar days of shipment from All American ID) or damaged during shipment will be re-sent, using the same shipping method and carrier as the original shipment, at no additional cost.


International Shipping: All American ID supports shipments to Canada and the US Territories. Canadian packages are shipped via US Mail International at a flat rate of $12.95. Packages sent to the US Territories are shipped via US First Class Mail or US Priority Mail.


Online orders are defaulted to ship "Economy" but incur a flat rate charge (outlined below) depending on the carrier chosen by our system.

Note: Upgraded shipping options (Ground, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air) are available at checkout. Offline orders (as defined above) are not available for Free shipping and will be charged the following flat rates:
  • US Mail First Class: $4.95
  • US Mail Priority: $8.95​

Art Requirements & Charges

All American ID works with Vector Art to create the best quality products possible. If providing "Production/Camera Ready" art please have all elements be vector and convert all fonts to outlines/curves.

RECOMMENDED FILE FORMATS: *.ai (Adobe Illustrator), *.eps (Adobe), *.cdr (CorelDRAW) or their *.pdf (Adobe) saved versions are desired. We also accept raster artwork (*.jpg, *.gif, *.bmp, *.png, *.tif) as long as images are at 300 DPI and above. Please note - website images are 72dpi. This will not reproduce clearly.

Please do not pull images from websites. Any design work done by us to make artwork production ready may involve a setup or graphics fee. If unsure whether your art is Vector or Raster (Bitmap) please see our "Know Your Image" pdf which explains the differences. 


If unsure whether or not your artwork will work for a particular order, please feel free to email the artwork to sales@allamericanid.com. For text lists, (ie. Names) we prefer Microsoft Excel, but will also accept *.txt, Microsoft Word & *.csv documents as well as typed out lists in email. We are unable to accept lists by phone.

SIGNATURES FOR STAMPS will work best if white paper is signed with black pen (Felt tip pens work best) with the intended size of the final product. Signature must be received electronically (emailed or faxed).

PROOFING INFORMATION:  Proofs are only created at your specific request. We do not charge for the first proof and two revisions. Further revisions will incur a $25 proofing charge. If sending a typed list for personalization on an order, our system will copy/paste that list reducing the chance for errors. We encourage reliance on this process to keep production times at a minimum.

Graphic Services:

Graphic Fees are charged based on $25 for each 15 minutes of work performed on the order. As time requirements are not easy to predict we offer the examples below as a loose guideline. All orders are unique and will be treated as such.

Level 1 $25:
Cleaning a 1 color raster image to make production ready (like a signature for a stamp).
Adjusting size of images to fit products and adjusting resolution to 300dpi as needed.
Converting vector art to make production ready for screen printing.
Converting vector art to make ready for sandblasting.


Level 2 $50:
Color matching setup for sublimation (converting colors on vector art only)
Converting a 1 or 2 color Raster image to Vector art
Hand-typesetting customization on more than 5 items when customization list is not in excel.
Converting non-stencilized font to make stencilized.


Level 3 $75:
Searching for missing fonts.
Converting a Raster image to Vector art.
Designing from notes, descriptions or photos.

Level 4 $100:
Converting low res (below 300) or complicated Raster image to Vector art.
Designing from scratch based on an idea or a photo/scan.
